Desjardins officers, employees and retirees from the caisse network and components alike get more involved in supporting academic success every year. And Desjardins Foundation has never felt so encouraged. We can safely say that 2016 will be an unforgettable year!
We'd like to thank:
- Desjardins Group officers, employees and retirees who donated a record $710,427 to Desjardins Foundation through the Desjardins Cares and Shares campaign. The money raised will support a number of organizations that work directly and indirectly to encourage kids to stay in school.
- Desjardins Group caisses and components that gave so generously to the sponsorship campaign, gifting $1,185,635 to Desjardins Foundation. Now there's a real example of cooperation we can be proud of!
- The Montreal AccèsD team that put together a 40-storey stair climb challenge at Complexe Desjardins. They raised both their heart rates and $1,755.
- The organizing committee and golfers of the 47th annual Association des professionnels de la construction et de l'habitation du Québec (APCHQ) golf tournament who raised $2,000 for Desjardins Foundation.
- Everyone who organized and took part in the Classique de golf Simon Painchaud fundraiser. Thanks to your hard work, Desjardins Foundation received $8,750.
- All the excellent golfers and organizers of the association of group caisse chairs and vice-chairs golf tournament—they raised $8,645.
