the merger of the Caisse populaire de
St-Grégoire and Caisse populaire de St-Célestin, in
january 2005.
- In 1939, the Caisse populaire de
St-Grégoire was founded by Élisée
Beaulac on his property.
- Founded in 2005, the Caisse Desjardins Godefroy
was created by the merger of the Caisse populaire de
St-Grégoire and the Caisse populaire de
St-Célestin.
- In 2006, the Caisse Desjardins Godefroy merged
with the Caisse populaire de Ste-Gertrude.
- On January 1, 2008, the Caisse Desjardins
Godefroy merged with the Caisse populaire de
Bécancour, the Caisse populaire de
Précieux-Sang and the Caisse populaire de
Ste-Angèle-de-Laval.
- On January 1, 2011, the Caisse Desjardins
Godefroy merged with the Caisse populaire Desjardins du
Canton d'Aston.
- On January 1, 2013, Caisse Desjardins
Godefroy merged with Caisse populaire Desjardins de
St-Sylvère.
