FAQ – AccèsD – Changing your address
You can change your address on your accounts, credit cards and investments by phone, on AccèsD or in person at the caisse.
How to report a change of address
- Log in to AccèsD.
- Click Profile and preferences in the right-hand menu and then Change contact information under Profile.
See the Change your address section for our contact information.
Because Desjardins Group is made up of several entities, it's impossible right now, for operational reasons, to inform all components of your change of address in a single request.

How to report a change of email address
On AccèsD
- Log in to AccèsD - External link..
- In the right-hand menu, select Profile and preferences.
- Under Profile, select Change contact information.
- Under Email address, select Edit.
- Make sure you entered your new email address correctly, then select Confirm.
On the mobile app
- Sign in via the app.
- At the bottom of the screen, select More.
- Select Profile and preferences, then Contact information.
- Under Email address, select Edit.
- Make sure you entered your new email address correctly, then select Confirm.
You can also contact your caisse by phone or in person.
To find the address and phone number for your caisse, see Find us.
Desjardins credit and prepaid cards
No call required.
You can make the change yourself on AccèsD Internet:
On AccèsD
- Log in to AccèsD - External link..
- In the right-hand menu, select Profile and preferences.
- Under Profile, select Change contact information.
- Select Edit under Desjardins card services in the Other changes of contact information section.
- Under Email address, select Edit.
- Make sure you entered your new email address correctly, then select Confirm.
On the mobile app
- Sign in via the app.
- At the bottom of the screen, select More.
- Select Profile and preferences, then Contact information.
- Select Edit under Desjardins card services in the Other changes of contact information section.
- Under Email address, select Edit.
- Make sure you entered your new email address correctly, then select Confirm.
Alert service (if registered for the service)
No call required.
To make the change yourself directly on AccèsD:
On AccèsD
- Log in to AccèsD - External link..
- In the right-hand menu, select Profile and preferences.
- Select Alert service.
- Make the desired changes and make sure to select Confirm or OK.
On the mobile app
- Sign in via the app.
- At the bottom of the screen, select More.
- Select Profile and preferences, then Notifications.
- Make the desired changes.
