The annual general meeting (AGM) at a glance
At the AGM, we meet with you, our members, to give you an annual overview of our activities and an opportunity to take part in caisse decisions like member dividends and electing board members, if applicable. Through your participation, you make sure we meet your needs and those of your community.

Attend the annual general meeting (AGM)
On March 31, 2025, at 6:30 PM, online.
To attend the meeting and vote, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have been a member of the caisse for at least 90 days
- Be 18 years or older
- Live, work or have a permanent address in Quebec, if you are a member of a territory caisse
- If you're a member of a group caisse, you must meet the criteria of the common characteristic of your caisse, such as occupation, employment, economic sector or any other criteria set by the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec
If you're a member and don't meet these conditions, you can attend the meeting, but you can't vote.
The meeting portion of the AGM has taken place. You can vote now and watch the AGM in playback. Voting runs until 11:59 PM on April 4, 2025.
