2024 digital tools workshop

The caisse is holding a series of free workshops to teach our members about managing their finances online with AccèsD.

Come join us on the last Thursday of every month to learn more about our online tools. We'll even have our experts there to help you practise certain transactions online.

Workshop 1 – Basics

  • Downloading the Desjardins app
  • Using AccèsD on a desktop
  • Registering and logging in
  • Adding payees and paying bills
  • Sending and receiving Interac e-transfers®
  • Making a mobile deposit
  • Booking appointments online

Workshop 2 – Intermediate

  • Debit cards (lost or stolen cards, increasing your limit for ATM withdrawals and purchases)
  • Credit cards (choosing a card, card limits, BONUSDOLLARS and more)
  • Making an appointment online
  • Understanding your statements, cancelling transactions and managing your contact information
