A financial cooperative with deep roots in the community, Caisse Desjardins des Versants du mont Royal has 48,500 members. Each caisse member is also a co-owner of the caisse.

History

It was founded in 2010 .

1917: The Caisse populaire Desjardins Saint-Enfant-Jésus is founded

1944: The Caisse populaire Desjardins d’Outremont is founded

1948: The Caisse populaire Desjardins de Côte-des-Neiges is founded

1984: The Caisse populaire Desjardins d’Outremont and the Caisse Ville Mont-Royal merge

1999: The Caisse populaire Desjardins d'Outremont and the Caisse Saint-Enfant-Jésus merge

2010: The Caisse populaire Desjardins d'Outremont and the Caisse Côte-des-Neiges merge and create the Caisse Desjardins des Versants du mont-Royal

2013: The Mile End Service Centre undergoes major renovation, and reopens its doors with an innovative concept

2014: The Côte-des-Neiges Service Centre moves from 5480 chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges to 3333, chemin Queen-Mary

2015: The Ville Mont-Royal Service Centre opens at 1301, chemin Canora

2021: 2021 : Merger of Caisse Desjardins de Notre-Dame-de-Grâce and Caisse Desjardins des Versants du mont Royal, creating the new Caisse Desjardins des Versants du mont Royal.
