- Additional living expenses (such as hotels or meals) and damage claims: may be available depending on your insurance policy. Contact your insurer to find out.
- Psychological assistance: available to credit insurance, critical illness insurance and long-term care insurance clients.
- Emergency access to prescription medications: Desjardins is allowing pharmacists to accept early refills of medications left behind due to evacuation.
- If you need quick access to your money or are having trouble paying bills, you may be eligible for certain solutions:
- Greater flexibility to access your savings;1
- Payment deferrals for personal loans, mortgages, and car, home and individual insurance;1
- Options for members to get credit or financing quickly.2
- Support for businesses: easing of financing conditions, principal payment deferral or temporary loan for renovations and repairs for affected businesses.
