Montreal, May 27, 2022 – Once again, Desjardins Group’s Economic Studies have been ranked #1 worldwide for the accuracy of their economic and financial forecasts in Canada according to Focus Economics. Desjardins Economic Studies also took first place in this category in 2017 and 2018.
Every month, Focus Economics collects the economic (GDP and components, inflation, unemployment rate, etc.) and financial (interest rates and exchange rates) forecasts of roughly 30 leading financial institutions, including Canada’s big banks, and several major international brokerage firms.
