Desjardins Global Asset Management hires François Panneton as Director of Quantitative Strategies
Montréal, January 24, 2022 - François Panneton joins DGAM as Director of Quantitative Strategies, effective January 24, 2022. Prior to joining DGAM, Mr. Panneton was Chief Quantitative Officer at Manulife Asset Management. He holds a PhD in computer science from Université de Montréal.
Reporting to Guy Lamontagne, Vice-President and Head of Investment Strategy, Mr. Panneton will lead the team of DGAM professionals responsible for the development and management of systematic mandates, quantitative research and financial modeling across all asset classes (equity, fixed income, derivatives).
