How to send money by Interac e-Transfer
Send money by Interac e-Transfer® on AccèsD from your mobile device or computer.

Use Interac e-Transfer
Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app, then select Transactions.
On the Transactions page, select Interac e-transfers.
Notice
If this is your first time sending an Interac e-Transfer, you'll need to create a profile.
Choose the recipient
On the next page, select Transfer funds.
Choose a recipient from the list.
Notice
If your contact isn't on the list, you can add a recipient before sending your Interac e-Transfer.
Create a security question
On the Make an e-Transfer page, select Add security question.
Enter your security question in the Question field. Your recipient will need to answer this question to accept the transfer.
Enter the answer to the question in the Answer field.
Select OK.
Indicate the amount and source account
On the Make an e-Transfer page, enter how much you want to transfer in the Amount field.
Notice
You can send up to $5,000 by Interac e-Transfer per 24-hour period.
Select the Select account button.
Select the source account for your Interac e-Transfer, then select OK.
Choose the date of the Interac e-Transfer
On the Make an e-Transfer page, the default date setting is the current date. Select the transfer date button to change it.
On the Select date page, select Frequency.
Choose a frequency from the list. You can schedule your Interac e-Transfer on AccèsD to go through on the date and at the frequency you choose.
Select OK.
Confirm and send
Once you've entered all the information on the Make an e-Transfer page, select OK.
Check the transaction information. Select the pencil icon to make changes.
Select Confirm to send your Interac e-Transfer.
