How to delete Interac e-Transfer recipients

Delete Interac e-Transfer® recipients on AccèsD from a mobile device or computer.

Instructions

Mobile app

  1. Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app, then select Transactions.

  2. On the Transactions page, select Interac e-transfers.

  3. On the Interac e-Transfers page, select Recipients.

  4. Select the name of the contact to be deleted from your list of recipients.

  5. Select the pencil icon.

  6. Select Delete recipient on the recipient information page.

  7. Select Delete to confirm.
