- You’re between 22 and 25 enrolled in a full-time college or vocational program at a recognized educational institution in Canada
- You’re a full-time university student of any age enrolled in a Canadian university
- You’re a Canadian resident
- You can open the account for yourself
To open an account for your 12- or 13-year-old, make an appointment at a caisse or branch of your choice. Kids must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
