[We see a quick montage of the bagel making process starting with a pile of bagels, a cook rolling bagels in seeds, a finished bagel sandwich, a cook flipping bagels in an oven and a cook throwing bagels in a container.]

[We see a sign that reads Kettleman’s Bagel Co. and tongs picking up a bagel from baskets.]

Craig Buckley: Hi, my name is Craig Buckley. I'm the founder of Kettleman's Bagel company.

[We see a countertop with coffee dispensers and a close-up of desserts]

Craig: Our bagels are typical Montreal-style bagels. They're hand-rolled, they're boiled in honey water, and then they're baked in a wood fired oven.

[We see hands rolling and kneading dough. We see precooked bagels and someone picking them up. We see a cook handling a large spatula in a wood fired oven.]

Craig: Because our stores are 24 hours a day, each store serves approximately 2000 customers each day.

[We see Craig walking into the kitchen and customers talking, smiling and drinking a beverage.]

Craig: We sell, basically, 600 to 700 dozen bagels every day.

[We see an employee bagging bagels and stacks of bagels in plastic pallets.]

[On-screen text: Why do you bank with Desjardins?]

Craig: Desjardins is different from the rest of the banks and cooperatives that are out there. They're there for small business.

[We see a cook making a sandwich. Craig is walking in the kitchen and talking to employees.]

Craig: About 20 years after opening our first location, we started expanding into more than 1 store, and when we got to our latest store, the third one, we asked Desjardins to be part of our team and to help us grow to many, many more locations.

[We see older store sign of Kettleman’s Bagel Co. We see a street name sign that reads rue Bank St. We then see 2 newer store signs and storefronts of Kettleman’s Bagel Co. and a sign that reads College Square.]

Craig: Right now, we are currently at 3 and we plan on expanding to 12 to 15 stores with Desjardins.

[We see Craig smiling and laughing]
