Rénoclimat Program
Get up to $500 cash back1 based on the amount of your mortgage refinancing for sustainable renovations.
To take advantage of the program, your renovations must meet the conditions of both the Rénoclimat Program (Quebec only) and the Sustainable Home Program (namely that they obtain a new EnerGuide label of 90 GJ/year or under).
The EnerGuide rating is the net annual energy consumption of a home based on calculated energy use and production, expressed in gigajoules (GJ) per year. To find out more about this rating, visit the Natural Resources Canada website.
Hydro-Québec LogisVert Efficient Homes Program
Get financial assistance to implement one or more energy efficiency measures from the LogisVert Efficient Homes Program.
Eligibility
The offer is for members who already have a Desjardins mortgage loan or new members who transfer their mortgage from another financial institution and are financing their sustainable renovations.
The eligible certification program is Rénoclimat - External link. (Quebec only).

Conditions
As part of the Sustainable Home Program, Desjardins will accept renovations with an EnerGuide rating of 90 GJ/year or under. The rating must be confirmed following an evaluation performed after work is complete, as required, by Rénoclimat representatives and assessors.
Eligible homes include single-family detached homes, row houses and semi-detached homes, as well as residential rental properties with 4 units or less where the owner is an occupant.
The Sustainable Home Program applies to minimum refinancing of $10,000 for renovations (total minimum mortgage of $100,000).
Sustainable Home Program advantages are conditional upon a 5-year commitment to keeping your mortgage with Desjardins.

- Show your advisor the EnerGuide rating sticker (90 GJ/year or under) following an evaluation performed after work is complete, as required, by Rénoclimat representatives and assessors.
Due to program procedures and conditions, and to renovation schedules, there may be a delay between the end of renovations and the time you receive your environmental certification.
