FAQ

Do you hold my money when I receive a transfer?

We don't hold your money when you transfer between Desjardins accounts or receive an Interac e-Transfer or a transfer from another Desjardins member.

If your transfer comes from another financial institution, an amount equal to the difference between the transfer amount and your authorized transit is put on hold in your Desjardins account for a few days.
