Take the work out of saving with automatic transfers
Set up automatic transfers to a savings account, RRSP, FHSA or TFSA.
- Log in to AccèsD, select Transfers, then Transfers between accounts.
- Then select the source and destination accounts, and specify the transfer amount and frequency.
- If you're using AccèsD in a browser, enter this information in the Later tab if you want to set up transfers in advance.
Schedule payments to an RESP
- Log in to AccèsD from the mobile services app or a browser and go to the Savings and investments section under Accounts.
- If you're using the app, select the account in which you want to reinvest, then Reinvest in this account.
- From a browser, select the 3 dots to the right of the account you want to reinvest in, then Reinvest in this account.
- Confirm your investment profile and then schedule transfers.
Retirement savings
Wondering how much should you save for your retirement? Use our retirement calculator to calculate the amount of automatic payments you could schedule.
You can set up the following transactions and choose their date and frequency. Allow for at least 2 days for changes to go into effect when setting up, changing or canceling an automatic transaction.
Set up an automatic transfer
- Log in to AccèsD and select Transfers.
- Select a transfer, follow the instructions and select the amount, date and frequency. If you're using AccèsD in a browser, select the Later tab to set up the transfer.
View and modify your scheduled transactions
You can view and modify your pending transactions on AccèsD. Preauthorized payments or direct (payroll) deposits generated by suppliers or employers are not listed under pending transactions.
On the app
- Log in to AccèsD.
- Select More in the lower right corner.
- Select Pending transactions.
On a web browser
- Log in to AccèsD.
- In the right-hand menu, select Search transactions.
- Select Pending.
Processing of scheduled transactions
Most of the time:
- Scheduled Interac e-Transfers are processed at 6:30 AM, 7 days a week.
- Other scheduled transfers are processed in the evening.
- Scheduled bill payments are processed in the evening, except on Fridays and Saturdays, when they’re processed in the afternoon.

Financial insights from Alvie
Our virtual assistant, Alvie, presents financial insights based on your transactions. Alvie helps you:

- Set budgets and stick to them
- Keep an eye on your account activity
Your financial insights are only available in the mobile app and will appear when you log in.
Turn on alerts
To avoid additional fees, keep a close eye on your finances and act quickly in the event of suspicious activity, activate these alerts from the mobile app or a computer:
- Insufficient funds
- Minimum balance reached
- Credit limit approaching
- Payment due
- Security alerts
Discover the different types of alerts you can activate according to your needs.
Insufficient funds
Receive an alert when there's not enough money in your everyday account for a pre-authorized payment or payment by cheque.
Minimum balance reached
Receive an alert when your account balance reaches the minimum you want to keep in your account.
Credit limit approaching
Receive an alert when the amount available on your credit card drops below the amount of your choice. For example, you can choose to receive a push notification on your cellphone when there is $500 available on your credit card.
Payment due
Receive an alert when the minimum payment for your credit card has not been made and you're approaching your last statement's due date.
How to activate mobile alerts on AccèsD
To activate AccèsD notifications in the mobile app:
- Log in to AccèsD.
- Select Security, then Devices.
- In the Is this your device? section, answer Yes if the device belongs to you and you want to receive notifications on it.
- Return to the home screen, then select More in the lower right corner.
- Select Profile and preferences, then Notifications.
- Select Allow notifications, then choose the notifications you want.
Also make sure that notifications are enabled in your mobile device settings.
Security alerts
Protect your identity and enhance account security by activating alerts for unusual account or credit card activity. For instance, you can receive an alert if we detect a suspicious login to your AccèsD account or flag a potentially fraudulent transaction. You can then confirm your identity or declare whether you're the person who did the transaction in question. See the Security alerts to prevent fraud page for more information.

My budget
Get an overview of your income and expenses. The My budget tool helps you set budget and savings goals so you can save for your projects.

FAQ
You can log in to AccèsD with a smartphone or tablet using our Desjardins mobile services app, or from a computer.
You can transfer money on AccèsD using transfers between accounts, money transfers and Interac e-Transfers, for example.
If you've forgotten your AccèsD password, you'll need to change it.
1. Go to the AccèsD login page from a web browser or your Desjardins mobile services app.
2. Select Forgot your password?
3. Enter your username and click Go.
4. Confirm your identity via the security code sent by text, push notification or phone call, and select Continue.
5. Answer the security question and select Continue.
6. Create a new password and select Confirm.
