When you bought your vehicle, you gave the seller either a void cheque or your bank account information. Your loan payments will be withdrawn from this account according to the schedule you chose when you bought your vehicle. You have nothing else to do.
Your loan account with Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec is exclusively used for your Auto or Leisure Vehicle Loan. You can’t use it for transactions like withdrawals or payments. It can only be used to pay back your loan.
You can make a prepayment on AccèsD.
Go to your Auto or recreational vehicle loan and select Prepayment on the AccèsD home page or in the details section of your loan.
You can also make an early repayment via the transactional site of another financial institution. Go to your financial institution's website and log in to your account, then go to the section you would use to pay a bill. Add "Desjardins Financement" as a payee and enter your loan's 11-digit reference number. Look for "Desjardins Financement" in the list of payees and enter the amount you want to pay.
