FAQ – AccèsD – Changing your address

You can change your address on your accounts, investments and credit cards on AccèsD.

Accounts and investments

In a web browser

  1. Log in to AccèsD.
  2. Click Profile and preferences in the right-hand menu.
  3. Under Profile, select Change contact information.
  4. Select Edit Under Primary residence address.
  5. Make sure you've entered your new address correctly, then select OK.

In the Desjardins mobile services app

  1. Sign in via the app.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, select More.
  3. Select Profile and preferences, then Contact information.
  4. Select Edit under Primary residence address.
  5. Make sure you've entered your new address correctly, then select OK.

Desjardins credit cards and prepaid cards

In a web browser

  1. Log in to AccèsD.
  2. In the right-hand menu, select Profile and preferences.
  3. Under Profile, select Change contact information.
  4. In the Other changes of contact information section, select Edit under Desjardins Card Services.
  5. Select Review, make sure you've entered your new address correctly, then select OK.

In the Desjardins mobile services app

  1. Sign in via the app.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, select More.
  3. Select Profile and preferences, then Contact information.
  4. In the Other changes of contact information section, select Edit under Desjardins Card Services..
  5. Select Review, make sure you've entered your new address correctly, then select OK.

You can also change your address by phone or at a caisse or branch. See the Change your address section for our contact information.

Because Desjardins Group is made up of several entities, you can't currently inform all components of your change of address in a single request.

You can change your email address on AccèsD.

  4. Under Email address, select Edit.
  5. Make sure you entered your new email address correctly, then select OK.

  3. Select Profile and preferences, then Contact information.
  4. Under Email address, select Edit.
  5. Make sure you entered your new email address correctly, then select OK.

Desjardins credit cards and prepaid cards

In a web browser

  1. Log in to AccèsD.
  2. In the right-hand menu, select Profile and preferences.
  3. Under Profile, select Change contact information.
  4. Select Edit under Desjardins card services in the Other changes of contact information section.
  5. Under Email address, select Edit.
  6. Make sure you entered your new email address correctly, then select OK.

  1. Sign in via the app.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, select More.
  3. Select Profile and preferences, then Contact information.
  4. Select Edit under Desjardins card services in the Other changes of contact information section.
  5. Under Email address, select Edit.
  6. Make sure you entered your new email address correctly, then select OK.

Alert service (if you use the service)

In a web browser

  1. Log in to AccèsD.
  2. In the right-hand menu, select Profile and preferences.
  3. Select Alert service.
  4. Make the desired changes and select OK.

In the Desjardins mobile services app

  1. Sign in via the app.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, select More.
  3. Select Profile and preferences, then Notifications.
  4. Make the desired changes.
