FAQ – AccèsD – Logging in to AccèsD
If you've forgotten your AccèsD password, you'll need to change it.
On AccèsD
- Log in to AccèsD from a web browser or your Desjardins mobile services app.
- Select Forgot your password?.
- Enter your username and click Go.
- Confirm your identity via the security code sent by text, push notification or phone call, and select Continue.
- Answer the security question and select Continue.
- Enter your new password
If you have trouble getting a new password, contact us.
By phone
Change your password with our virtual assistant 24/7 by stating the reason for your call.[ 1 ] note. You can also talk to an advisor from Monday to Sunday, 6 AM to midnight.
